Who thinks it should be banned?

I think it's up to the individual parent to decide how to discipline their children, some of the things i have seen and heard the ones near me saying/doing I'd never have dreamed of doing at their age

definetly not, children need to be disciplined.

not enough parents beat their kids which a a big problem nowadays. parents just don;t give a crap IMHO. so long as the children are not bothering them they don;t care

defo should be up to the parents I think, I went through a bit of a rough patch when I was about 13 and I got my arse cained for it too, I think that if I never well who knows where I would be now and I turned out fine - I THINK N E WAYS.....
