Anyone know if the 1.4 sri, or 1.8 for that matter back box with the squarish tail pipe bolts onto the 1.2 system without fuss ? Basically I want rid of the nast downturned peashooter pipe on my 1.2, without having to resort to an aftermarket back box and a friend with a 1.4 sri who fitted a magnex system will sell me his back box cheaply.

I know that my Sebring exhaust fits my 1.2 Sxi and also fits:
1.4
1.7Dti
1.0 12v
So from this i'd guess that both back boxes are the same fitment.
Also on the 1.4 sri you now get a nice chrome tail pipe, but thats only on models since middle of 02 i think.

I've got a (brand new) back box, if you're interested. It was taken off my 03 1.8Sri at PDI. Never been used.
