Mine 60mm all round on 15" TSW Evo R's. The pick was taken just after it was lowered, it has bedded in better now and is a little lower.

Oh and to solver the problem with the high back bumper, its easy, just spend a little money on a rear nice splitter and your sorted, instead of lowering it an extreme amount, may get a few stares but I personally dont like it and I am sure a lot of the stares you get are people thinking the same.

Get a good splitter and your sorted, will show you mine at the back when its had its work done.

So how do you get 90mm at the back, is it just sat on bumpstops? I read that you had cut the springs but how do you go about cutting coils off of pig-tail springs???

Yes but with pig-tails the turns get tighter at each end so if you cut them away you are left with big turns which surely means the spring wont seat properly and you risk it falling out over big bumps/jumps etc? Sorry to be a pain but what dampers are you using with them as my standard dampers lasted 3months lowered 60mm with uprated bumpstops and I cant find any sports damper that will actually go lower than 60-70mm when bottomed out onto bumpstops?

yeah u do risk em droppin out!!! and it will of course fail mot and as you say its hard on shocks!!

i'm runnin gmax gas shocks which are shorter stroke but not short enough!!

the springs havebeen secured to the bottom leg of the suspension so that in event of it 'droppin' say over a bump etc they will not come out of they're seatin,

i understand this is still not particularly safe and a lot of people will completely ridicule such a suggestion but it is my car and my choice!!

it has been spot on for the past 2 years so i'm rollin wi it!!
