ive got a pump thingy. but the thing is the hose wont reach down into da fuel. and i know this coz i blew into da pipe as well as sucking. and i didnt hear that bubbly sorta sound.

Doesn't it tell you in the Haynes manual how to drain a petrol tank or something?
