my sxi brakes...are...crap.
solid discs, single piston, my manta had that...
i put greenstuff pads on and they helped for a bit, but they're worse than ever now.
does astra mk2 16v calipers and dics fit straight on? what do i need to do this?

grooved discs only really improve the cooling of them, they're cool enough, i just need more leverage on the pads/dics to make it stop better.
larger vented discs and larger callipers with more pistons = better braking.
solid grooved discs are a bit gimmicy IMO.

VENTED IS FOR COOLING TOO THOUGH
IF ITS COVERED IN DRILL HOLES AND GROOVES I WOULD HAVE TOUGHT THAT WOULD HAVE MORE FRICTION AGAINST THE PAD, THEREFORE BETTER STOPPING?
MAYBE I THOUGHT WRONG?
