Is it ECU?? i cant remember cant be botehred to look it up
ive drilled my airbox and got a PVD panel filter, if i reset my ECU by disconnecting the batt, how long would i have to leave it and would it increase performance?

leave it unplugged for a few hours...heard some people sat 1 hour and some say overnight...

im pretty sure this re-setting the ecu business is a myth
the ecu continusly updates it self for the correct air/fuel ratio, so theirs not much point in doing it, if it all it works

it does help, i didnt reset mine after i fitted my zorst an it bogged down a bit when u put ur foot down, after resettin ecu it dont do it!

yeh it works... it basically figures out the resistance and resets what the idle figures are... and thus can construct the rest of the rev range when its moving about...
Ok it adjusts all the time, but it needs a clean slate to work out something if the resistance / air supply is different!
