it will work with all head units as i think it uses the aerial socket to connect.

Its an FM modulator unit from the looks of it so will work with any radio. The way it works is send out a signal like a radio station and you tune your radio to this signal. The sound quality would not be as good as a proper head and changer system linked VIA cables.

Dont know how good it is but you would be best buying a changer package and new head unit really if you got the standard head unit in now.
