neither of the 106 rallye's should be as fast as the GTi standard for standard

STFU, a standard quicksilver against a standard 1.4 16v sport on 17's would be close, bearing in mind a quicky weigh's a good deal lighter than your vehicle and does not have wheels that weigh dumbells

nope - thats book speed for vtr, roughly the same as a corsa gsi
