does anyone know what could be wrong with my power steering.I have a 1.0 12v with electric steering and sometimes it loses power assistance when turning to the right. If you have had this problem or know what it could be then get in touch.

I had a similar problem with my car. It turned out to be a combination of the steering rack and the power steering pump. As the car is under warranty I had these both changed and the car is fine now.

where the hell does that go.
I have been looking at how the eps on my car works and can only see what looks like a std rack.
is it fitted in the bulk head out of view?

i'm not sure were it goes but i had mine replaced because the steering was 'sticking' whenever i would turn to the right. apparently bsm cars had this problem. as learner drivers do a lot of manuvering, the pump would get hot and the steering would start to stick.
