I wondered why it was so quiet on here!
Can you not just ban them forever, would be a lot better place! Or even just restrict them to the 'Off Day' forum seems they will probably only annoy themselves in there!

Ah well at least there wont be as much poitnless childish crap posted for a bit.
i am up for a laugh and a bit of banter but a certain someone used to take it to the point where it was just annoying, and not funny.

Old thread, maybe its clear from this how long the warnings have been going on, and whether or not a ban is actually the last resort and not something I do lightly.
And no, you can't buy your way out of the rules.

Unfortunately not according to reg 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Very long and legal but basically states that the consumer is not entitled to a refund after the 7th day of receiving sign up information.
That said, and legalities aside, we have done it in the past as its blatently unfair that someone paid for something they can't use, but this is completely above and beyond our legal obligation.

No of course not, its your account you can use it wherever. Thats totally different to giving a banned person the use of your account.
