If their's no sound either the fuse has gone as stated or more likely the motor has burnt out... just remove scuttle, then the nut that holds the washer bottle in place and then the motor just pulls out... easy peasy. Oh and for those of you that dont know Halfords scented concentrated washer fluids tend to congeal and clog the rubber filters quite badly on Corsas...

Sometimes I've had the jets get clogged after waxing/polishing now and again, or quite often the soft water pipes leading to the jets get jammed and squeezed by shutting the bonnet mostly if the pipes/hoses are not clipped in place tidy or any surplus might be hanging,
To check if it's the motor next time then get someone to operate the washers while you stick you're ear to the bottle and motor as close as you can to listen for the sound the motor makes....watch they don't get you though with the horn!!!

SONNY it sounds like the motor was jus sticking, it used to do that on my 205, if it does it again just give the motor a knock whth the bottom end of a screwdriver and should get it working again for ya then if that doesnt work try the other things ie. fuse, or new motor etc. stick to the easy options first.
