I've got some Oakleys, they cost me £140 and i'm glad i got them, they're very strong and can take some sh|t.

The bloke at the shop said that Oakleys are tested by having shotgun cartridges fired at the lenses, the lenses don't break they just dent.

It's worth investing in a nice pair, you'll certainly get the use out of them.

oakleys - got 5 pairs now - also have a pair of boarders and a pair of bloc

if u think this excessive its not - I work as a sailing and windsurfibng instructor and last year I burnt my retinas from reflective glare - I think its the vest £s Ive ever spent - the oakleys are fantastic

Bloc are very good also - but make sure u get polarized lenses where possible

ROTFL the sales bloke must of seen you comming

Most oakleys come with stanard miorror coated plastic lense which are no different to what u get in any other pair of sunglasses, onky difference is they r made from decent material and are desinged for sport use etc The decent oakleys start from around the 250 mark where u get polarised lenses. IMO they r rediculously priced and not half as good as people make out. Depends what u want from sunglasses tho.

I persoanlly preffer D&G's as they r well put together

polarised lenses do not start at £250.00 - u have ur facts wrong - the straight jacket comes with a polarised lense - and they are £150, as do mny other glasses in the range

My sunglasses cost upwards of £300 due to the frames being D&G & the lenses are bottle end prescription lenses
