Check your engine mounts m8 there may be excessive play in them which will put pressure on the shafts, do you have the motorsport hubs?

when i had mine fitted, the engien hadn't been run due to it being sat under a tarpaulin sheet for about 4 months. Fired up 1st time, bit tappety, but that was ok after a couple of mins - engine has done about 90k, but its a minter
