do they lower the car from 50mm to 80mm or between 50 and 80mm?

The highest you can have them is -50mm but you can set them to go lower lowest is -80mm

Just fitted these to mine... handles like a dream. Had spax -60mm before and now if you set the RSX kit at -60mm you have so much more comfort as the damper isnt riding into the bumpstops.... retail at £500 so this is a good bargain guys...

Nope fixed height of 60mm drop on the rear with adjustable damper. Avo rear adjustable kits need bodywork mods to fit, Bilstein's dont but £££
