got some 1 to weld a plate in my tailgate recess and im going to fill it using some kind of filler. which one is best and is it a very strong bond because my boot takes a good slam to shut, will it be ok.

thanks for any help and tips.

if its only shallow then use body filler (easy sand) if its deep then use fibreglass strand filler then easy sand body filler over the top.
