not for ppl who go once a week,

but a good 3 to 4 + times and is serious, as im guessing u will be the guys that take replenishment drinks etc,

not steroids or shit,

reason i ask is ive recnetly gone into another business venture, and its al to do wiv health products,

and we do drinks, for the gym nutrition and everything basically, just wondered if anyone wud be interested in them, and wud like more info on them.

none gym need not reply or slte this thread

i go every weekday most weeks which is 5 times a week but i dont drink anything other than water

basicaly theres bout 5 different drinks that needs to be taken b4 and after, ur time at the gym,

there not performance enhancing, but help rebuild the muscles quiker after trianing, and get the nutriants to the parts of the body working out, sounds like alot of others, but must admit, from the ones ive tried, they do actually work, ican comment on em, as i consider meslef, addicted to the gym and ave tried alotof drinks, and supplements,

sum taste nice others taste like the bak end of an donkey, ill get sum info written up for u if u liem m8

Do these drinks happen to contain creatine? If yes I wouldnt like to know.
I go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week and play football 3- 4 times a week as well as that. Despite all my 10 k runs and 5 a side football and saturday 11 aside and occasional football training i cannot lower my body fat.... and i dont intake much in calories.

Tis weird.

I cant put on weight either

doesnt contain creatine at all.

there not performance enhancing drinks just recovery and energy boosters but do not contain any sort of "drug" if thasts the right word

the gym side of things we do is very minimal to be honest, we more into health care products,

but if the gym side of things seem to be taking alot of interest, everywhere, we'll c bout more gym products, but i do want to stay away from stuff like creatine etc etc, keeping it all natural products
