Blue
Shouldn't matter what kind of paint you use, but make sure you use plastic primer so it'll stick
I'm having flippy needles

Flourescent orange.
Are you still having probs seeing the needles? Have you got regular black dials and did the 10k make any noticable difference?

I used my blue touch up stick to paint mine, on a hot day the rev needle sticks to its rest notch and i have to tap the perspex cover to get it moving - pain in the ass!
