i have seen new car quaility
saxo
zetec s
106
so far and im not impressed

i thought new cars were meant to be an improvement
when i was working on my mates brand new zetec s instead of un screwing thing it er just pulls off!
many bits under the bonnet are just pushed on and held there by rubber things
boot! there no panels No just a moulded carpet all over
wheel arch liners look like there made outta crpet aswell its deffo not plastic or rubber
front grill is just clipped on? and is loose already
the saxo mk1 seems to be the same as is the 106
cant belive it
gonna have a look how corsa c fairs
and a few other new cars but needless to say im dissapointed
i mean the zetec s is 10 grand
i dont think its worth 6!

ahh feel better now just thought id share that

true, the dash is a distraction, but its soo cool compared to others. when I took it for a testdrive I kept looking at the rev counter instead of the speedo!

Says it all though - "BMW" mini - the mini was never supposed to be like that - it was supposed to be about economy etc - i think that the original minis reputation has died a death. The new Mini is just a small BMW.

This is true. Seems to be some animosity between owners of the classic Mini and the BMW version.

I can see why. The new mini that used to be about running a car on a budget has now esculated to the cost of buying, servicing and running a BMW.

5yrs servicing for £100 Buying one is steep though (£14.5k for mine) but they don't depreciate so its not all bad!

I dont doubt that they are A1 cars with excellent build etc - i just think that the differences between the old and new mini are huge.

I like the door cards on my Corsa C. I think they're better than on the Corsa B.

I would deffo say build quality of the C is much better than B

My corsaC sri is a lot bigger than my old corsaB and so much better to drive. The only problem i have with it is that it's just an sxi with a bigger engine and costs a lot more to buy. The Sxi is well worth their money compared to the SRi.
