The sites seem to load in the same(ish) time, but when im navigating around a page its really slow. Just scrolling up and down threads on cs is right task!

Any ideas ? Ta

you can do it through "disk cleanup"

Ive tried re-connecting a couple of times but its still the same, been fine for the past 6 months then just the last couple of days its gone tits up. Anyone else ?

you could always do system restore to a date when it worked fine

in IE explorer goto tools options and delete history, clear offline content and something about cache is in there too i think
