If you have the same as mine (pic below) simply lever the plastic lens off with a flat screwdriver or knife blade. The bulbs are just inside and are a capless push fit type.
If you have the single centre light, the lens is removed in the same way, you will have one 40 mm bulb held in at each end by sprung terminals, you'll see how easy it is to remove.

Mine are done with a single LED in each lens, they look pretty good in the dark. I can do you two leds in red joined together for your single light if you want.
If your able to supply me with a picture of them fitted I'll give you 'em for free.

I'm not sure what bulb type the Corsa C has, is it the long 40mm type like the earlier Corsas?

Can do almost any colour you want. Plug and play, ready to simply plug straight in are £1.55 each post free. The dials with rev counter takes three. Take a look at my garage pics, theres a few examples in there.

They are leds in a water clear pcase that illuminates red. They come complete with resistor and ready fitted to an Osram bulb holder, you simply plug it in your dash in place of the existing holder. Pic below is of my dash with red and blue leds..

Guys, if you want leds for your car, cobra is your man!
He knows what he's talking about (unlike many shops) and is reasonable in prices!!
