I know this is in the wrong forum, but i need to find some info quick and figured this is the most looked at forum.
Anyway, i got a speeding ticket through for doing 54mph in a 30 zone.
How many points do i get?
Both my mum and i am insured on my corsa, if i were to write back to the police saying that we do not know who was driving the car at the time,what would happen?Will the points go on the registered owners liscence?
Im 18 and started driving in november, so am not allowed to get 6 points on my liscence for another 14 months. Problem is that before i passed my driving test, i already had 3 points from september 2001 from riding my moped. Will these three points count towards the 2 year probation period, or will i be ok?
does anyone have any suggestions to as what i should do?

no wen u pass u are allowed to get 6 points.. after 2 years it goes 2 12

you should be ok if you got the 3 points for riding your moped before you past your test.but if you got them after you past your test they will count on your probation period

Yea i got the 3 points almost 2 years ago, on my moped.
I have only been driving 8 months so am only allowed 6 points until november next year!
