The Dbilas manifold, similar the the Mantzel kit comes with a requirement for the ecu to be re-prog'd by a new chip or what have you.

When I fitted a DBilas to my 1.2 I had it set up by adding a Dastek Unichip.
Power gain was 18bhp at wheels. Or about 25 bhp flywheel plus...

On a 1.6 you are looking at probably even more.

You would definetly notice that. 0-60 would prob drop by at least a second and the pull in the gears would be loads meatier. Depending on gearing you may get a few more mph top end.

u can never say what 0-60, top end, bhp, tourqe or sound will be because it depends on so many other aspects

but yer all of them will improve

id say with the manzal box, about 20bhp, maybe more

I fitted one to my GSI a few months back, quite impressed, first thing i noticed was an increase in low down toque (spelling) and when you hit 4000rpm the revs start rising rapidly all the way to the red line it would pull past 7500. Need a chip for this though

They do them for all the Corsa Engines, even the 1.0 12volt job.

There was a step-by-step tutorial on fitting the Mantzel in a back issue of Total Vauxhall, sorry not at home otherwise could have dug it out to tell you what month.
Suppose, depends on how confident/knowledgeable you are arount engines.

Easy to fit. Can easily be done DIY. Look to velos for the same product but cheaper.
