Right. I used to have a 1.1 Punto, 17's, buckets, ICE etc...and 2 of my mates had 1.2 8v Corsa's, the pre 97 ones. And i drove them....and hated them!

Also i was under the impression Saxo's were the best thing since sliced bread, and i thought a VTR wud kill any Corsa.


But after test driving a 98 R 1.6 Sport...and buying it! Well...its f*ckin brilliant!

Well built, better feel than the earlier models...and that engine note is awesome!

Also destroyed a VTR in it last night

saxo's are great!!!!!

VTR not as fast as gsi or 1.6 sport but theres not alot in it.
