as above perfect for someone who wants to get their flowed and poeted

low miles out of a 98 sport, done 1.5K miles since was fitted and removed

all fully built with vales, springs and lifters, all ready to drop in.

Would that solve my 'Snapped Cambelt' problem? ie that would replace anything that could of been damaged? If so...i want it!

yes mate will do that as all the valves etc are in good nick just a simple job of doin head gasket and droppin in the new head

does it run smooth?

mine has fecked piston rings and valve's r sticky/worn/fucked/old/ dunno really, engine is just crap

rusn sweet mate the head has done low miles hence the valves should be in very good condition and i only used the head for 1 and a half thousand mies before it was removed
