Doing my boot build. Made the enclosure but what do I seal it with??? Was thinking along the lines of silicone

Fibrefill. The box should be pretty tight and sturdy to start off with, then fill the inside joins and corners with a small layer of fibrefill. Use the same to smooth the outside cracks.

For larger boxes, i.e. 5 cu ft. and above, you may want to use a couple of joists to strengthen your box.
