How much do you think it would cost to have a full respray?? I sprayed scratches etc, + i havent got the result that i hoped for at all, the bumpers and arches are sprayed, so it would just be a top coat of flame red all ova coz its a bit mis matched and faded in some places

I've had quotes around £1000. That's for a full respray in a different colour. Should be alot less for a respray in the same colour.

i want to know this too

i've got a flame red car that faded badly in places, and had a respray down the side, which has started to flake away from the previous owner.

Totally depends where u go lads.......

....i mean u got dodgy little back street places who will do it for ya bout 2-300 quid in same colour, but u wont get no gaurentee, no nothing, and a pretty crap job.

Then u got vauxhall who would want around £3000-£4000 for this task, but ur promised perfection.

Then u got places who will charge anything in between........but on average i reckon ur lookin around £1100-1200 for a good job inc. VAT. Thats for a same colour respray repairing scratches, dinks etc.

The thing is with a decent respray, is that your paintwork will be so mint that it make your car look newer and worth more. It really is money well spent - and you can now care for it as if it was new.
