hi just got some new tsw reflex alloys with 205 40 17s on but the offset is et40is this gonna be a big problem?

Not a problem on mine, but mines a corsa c, not sure bout the corsa b might have a bit of rubbing.

Corsa B......... ooooo think you may get some rubbing mate, most people get 16s on a Corsa C or 17s if they are getting there arches rolled I believe.

i run my corsa c on 17" et40 it's fine..but i think corsa b do rub
