performance, you'll be after an induction kit with a heat shield aka closed induction kit
theres are quite a few available but it all depends on wot u can afford really
there are BMC carbon induction kits available for £250 but if thats too much then a taipan filter is a budget alternative at £150

or your usual induction kit which are about 70quid no need to buy one with a fancy cover, make the shield yourself

my mate does everything like that, so far hes done my turbo heatshield,carb elbow,header tank, swirl pot, hes a genius, hes whipping me one up for my new filter when i get it

nope - still no clues, either turbo (been told the shaft snapping is quite common but dont have a clue how it could have snapped from me driving home on wednesday, to me starting it up on friday morning) or could be wastegate jammed
garage on monday anyway
