after I double clicked i went to the 2 file and i clicked one and it said add information to the registery or something shall i click yes?

mate, its to do with contention. you probably have 50:1 contention. the smaller the contention ratio the less people that share your bandwidth.

so if there are alot of people in your area downloading stuff off the net, then your bandwidth is shared evenly.

You can upgrade for a smaller contention so you wouldn't have to share between so many people. but it cost alot of £££.

what i do is just download MP3s, Movies, Games etc overnight when no gimps are on their 'my little pony' websites
