every so often my car cruches second
and recently it done it a few times in third
is my g/box shot?
or clutch?
the clutch bites low down and at the top its spongy and doesnt do anything
pedal sits just below brake pedal
car has done just over 60k

ive adjusted it once.
ill try again in a week or so coz my cars gunna be away to have its windows tinted
i thought when the clutch goes it revs loads and doesnt go any where...
come to think off it
its gained a few flatspots and i havent changed anything-only does it now an again

Well it's either your clutch, clutch cable or the gearbox it's self.

well if the cable snaps
i can fix that if its the clutch i can prob fix that
if its the gear box then i cud prob fixthat too
but i dont wanna

MINE DID IT FOR A WHILE ITS YOUR CLUTCH CABLE ADJUSTMENTS, YOU NEED TO GET IT PERFECT...THEN LEAVE IT ALONE!!! THATS WHAT I DID...SHIT GOT CAPSLOCK ON!!! LOL

its ur clutch cable mate, just adjust it,
u should also have difficulty in getting into reverse gear.

the pedal should be sitting slightly above the brake pedal.
i think it's just n adjustment prob m8
