as i said earlier being out of work is starting to depress me again and i need advise on what sorta career path i could follow at the mo im a IT and sales guy but can no longer do any lifting etc cos of a back problem but i just dunno what to do

Good idea but with me back problem id never pass any sorta medical etc and i know in the army u need to pass one
