how much do ya reckon this will cost, jus a yearly routine service, done bout 35k

Leave it until 40k, and then get your cambelt changed aswell......unless you missed the 30k service.

Looking at about £125 for a full-service, then anything upward of £100 on top for the cambelt (depending on whether the tensioners & rollers need replacing).
