Has gone the garage to see why i have to rev it to fuck to keep it going. It's OK until you put the brake lights on or something that uses bat power. Does this sound strage to anyone, it does to me, but then again - i don't know much about cars.

deffo the alternator my car does the same, its not charging the battery as it should do so its draining the power

no why i have a 1.2 8v unfortunatley,but i can stay in the fast lane i use 4th gear as 5th is dead but i can stay at 85 -90.just have to pull in to let the odd nutter doin over a tonne past .
