Nice mate !!

I polished mine today but my bonnet is really smeary, any ideas why ?? i buff and buff but it wont budge !

possibly too much polish, was the bonnet hot? were u in direct sunlight?

you got overspray on it from front bumper being resprayed, i have this prob real bastard

Zymol instructions on how to stop smearing :

Once you have buffed the polish once, if you have smear marks get a light water spray and spray a small amount of mist onto the paintwork. Then as soon as you've done this you should wipe is dry with a damp(ish) cloth, and then buff again.

^^^^ I thought this sounded like shite til i actually did it, it actually works

I sometimes find this, i just keep buffing sometimes work sometimes not, have u got a fibreglass bonnet cuz its the only bit of it ive got on my car and does seem different when polishing it, might just be me making things up in my head though

Think it was the heat of the car being referred to, due to the sunlight

polishing in direct/hot sunlight can allow the polish to bake onto the bodywork and doesn't work as well
