My old tailgate on my Corsa B used to vibrate like hell, and that was only with 1 12" and 360wRMS 
I used Dynamat Extreme on the large panels (2 layers), flashing tape (sometimes referred to as marley tape) over the top of that and the smaller, curvier panels and then expanding foam pretty much everywhere else 
It amounted to a fair few quid in the end TBH, but was worth the effort as you could happily crank it up and was nicely solid & vibration free

so whats a cheap option to get rid of alot of vibration i have the same problem in my nova just wanna cheap was of getting rid of some as it sounds very bad outside
