do it yourself its easy i fitted mine this weekend took a couple of hours max you carnt really mess it up

Yer but its shocks and springs, so far ive rang up about 7 garages and they all charge £100 plus.

I was gunna ask my mate but he has helped me enough with cars already, hhmm

Again, just the price of spring compressors. I was quoted £25 per corner + VAT. I'd say it's easier with 2 ppl doing it tho, so be nice to your m8!

Oh you'll want a trolley jack and axle stands, obviously. I found it easier with 2 trolley jacks for the rears.
