nah i'm getting another corsa to do that to, this one's just being sorted for my m8s 21st birthday, gettin a new engine from vaux (same as old one), but need to get the car resprayed if pos before I fit the new engine.

Also is giving me a bit more experience ready for when I start doing the 2ltr on the next one

i've been doing a little bit each week, about 3 weeks total to like that, but if I did it all in one go, probably about a day

yeah had to raise the car up a little more so could clear the antiroll bars when pulling it out, wiring up the new one when I get it shouldnt be too hard, have rebuilt the old engine 3 times already, just never removed it before!

can't wait to get a 2ltr & another corsa to play around with once I get rid of this one!

So it can be unbolted and slid out from underneath? Was gonna use me grandads engine lifter thing, but is that way easier? Just lower it on the jack or somit?

if your removin it yeah, but i removed the head from the engine & still had to lift the front of the car up about 2.5 - 3 feet

plenty of time then to find something & do a bit of saving!!

unless you decide to do something mad to a corsa (mental engine transplant or something )
