Basically i sold a perfectly good phone, now the buyer a few weeks later reckons the handset crashes quite allot and wants some money back or hes going to ebay services? What can they do?

tel him to go fuck himself, coz he bought it knowing full well that it could be foked, if not then he is an idiot, did u agre with him if its broke he can have his money back?

they won't do a thing.just tell him to go fcuk himself.the only way he can get his money back is if you stated that in your auction.

Just tell him it was in perfect working order when sold so nothing can be done...And he can contact ebay if he wants.U don't know what he has done to it since buying..
