Ok been thinking about it for a while, and now have a little shopping list put together, but unsure on a few particulars... Unsure as to what to expect (bhp wise)

C20XE (obviously)
Rebored to take 88mm Pistons
88mm Omega Pistons (non-intruders)
maybe either 275-280 degree cam (unsure which though)
Polished, Ported & flowed head
ECU (any suggestions?)
uprated internals (valves, springs, lifters, rod-bolts, etc...)
Piper-X Viper

Will be fitting TB's at a later stage, probs within the next 2 years, but this is just to start with. Any suggestions tho would be good to hear - going to begin building the engine early next year so pleanty of time for changes to the list hehe

good LET's are becoming harder to source though, and heard a few bad stories about them

Cossie idea is still there, but put on hold for a good while, would rather have something which will suprise quite a few people yet be a hell of alot more reliable than a cossie! Plus without crazy maintenance costs!
