Had my phone ages on o2 Payas u g Genie get 300 free txt a month BUT

This is the complain I jus sent them - I know its kinda petty but fcukin cunts!!

I have been having problems with my mobile phone it has been charging me more than it should, I had 4p on my phone got a £10 top up and send 3 txtmsg instead of charging me the normal 10p and having 9.74 it had charged me more... I decided to call 100 and ask the operator for help to which it never gave me any warning and also charged me credit......?! When did this happen, Im really not happy with this as my 300 free txt was spoed to have been enabled by now and im still paying... also with wotever changes or error is happening I am making a complain so can u please call me urgently requiring these matters.

happens with me all time , some times when i have full reception and my phone is on , when ppl call my number it says either!

1)the number u dialed aint recognised
2)your call cant be connected at this time!

and i know this bcoz i called off my home phone! its crap, i dont get delivery reports either ! bag of shit o2

I sent 3 txt and from 10.04 I was down to 9.68... I mean WTF then I called o2 help (Ive jus emailed them the above) and I checked my balance down to £8.56 fcukin cunts im proper pissed I hope someone calls so I can fcukin rip into them...

somehow i get free months sometimes without even topping up...like last month i was lying in bed and i got a txt saying thank you for topping up this month your free txt and wap allowance will commence on blah blah blah....... i am not complaining about that now!!

www.o2.co.uk I went to then help then u enter ur mobile number in there and then contact or wotever it is but I sent 2 e-mails last night and still waiting for reply This makes me very angry

o2 PAYG (aka Genie) SIMs won't let you have delivery reports, only contract ones do.

I'm with Vodafone, although I don't get free texts, my first 3 texts per day are 12p, then all subsequent ones are 9p each.

Plus I get delivery reports, GPRS is quite cheap on it as well, and it's always reliable as it's on the Vodafone network!
