Nice. Are you a professional photographer? What are you going to use it for? Just seems a very large camera. Quite a chore to carry around.

I got my camera from pixmania too, good service, nice next day delivery. All good.

I got the Sony P8, nice and small, 3.2 megapixels, 3x optical zoom, + smartzoom, very good quality 640x480 mpeg video with audio ....list goes on.

Very capable for what I use it for, and much more.

But yeh, back 2 the topic - nice spec, nice extras, but it just seems big and heavy!

finally a sensible post! na im not a pro photographer but im studying art and design @ college at the mo and would like to investigate further into photography. im going to use it for research and work based photography. my dad wants to use it too for scenery etc. does seen a bit bit, but i like all the external settings such as shutter speed etc, alot of room for developing ideas .

Dave, I've removed the images linked from dpreview.com as they wouldn't be happy about that.

Incidently if anyone wants camera advice, go there, its an excellent site.

As for that camera, I've never used one so I'm not sure but if you want to be creative get one with as much control over shutter speed and aperture as you can.

Yes. Far more than you'd ever need on buying a camera, excellent stuff.

Get some pics up here when you get it anyway
