SBD can sort you out a mild Throttle Body kit that will boost power to 164bhp. A fantastic mod, but pricey. Alternatively, look at getting your air box drilled and cold air feeds with a performance panel filter, getting a Velos inlet plenum with decent engine management, 4-2-1 exhaust manifold and decent bore exhaust with no cat. This should see you at 135-140bhp. will be Pretty damn quick, since my Corsa with just a drilled airbox can get to 60 in 8.7 seconds.

i have a 1.6 16v got cutom exhaust and piper induction kit so far. thinking of getting the 4-2-1 manifold and the velos thingy, but at the moment it's still shit slow! mind u, i have 17" on it, a full bodykit, boot install and a heavier exhaust

Full magnex s/s zorst
s/s decat pipe.
Ind kit with heatshield and cold air feed.

Rollin roaded twice...Star Performance in glenrothes

113bhp @ 6130rpm with 107 lbf-ft torque ait temp = 18 deg
118 bhp @ 5390rpm with 112 lbf-ft torque air temp = 8 deg

i didnt do the mods on my car but im told that it was rolling roaded at 148 bhp!
got mantzel inlet plenum
blitz induction cone
mahle pistons
de cat pipe
unichip

thats as much as i know, but with the 19s slows it up loads! when i had the 15's on other day it was spinning up all the time and was pretty fast!!
