I guess he thinks its one of those mods that'll make his car fast and lose a second off his 1/4 mile.

steve, u dont seem do realise quite how nice and peaceful this board was without you for that graceful period during which you were recently banned. Its blatantly obvious he took the headlight out to help his engine stay cool and keep a plentiful supply of cold air to the intake.

As for the ICE, he's not had that in there for a while, and didn have it in there on the day, however, had he left it in there, then so what? Ok, its gonna slow the car down, but he can still have a laugh going round the track with the ICE in.

And the bad design for his 'racing' car as you called it..... the car isnt actually a 'racing' car is it? Has his sole purpose through building his Corsa been to use it for track days? I dont think so. Or has it been to use it as a nice, subtle looking Corsa with stylish mods, with an aim for being use a fast road car? This option seems a little more likely.
