i put rear door handles on mine.
Trouble is the actual door handles only cost about £6 for the pair. but if your gonna go for rear handles you'll need to buy the bracket to go behind them (front door handle brackets wont fit), i think it works out at around £55 in total.
I got mine sprayed up by a pro.
Worth it in the end, does look nice.

"drill a rivit out on the backin plate to take the lock out"
i dont understand what u mean mate?
to get the original lock out u mean?
i never use my deadlocks anyway? and hopefully will get a cat1 alarm so it will be ok without deadlocks right?
i think the last months issue of total vauxhall showed how to delock or sumting like dat??

the lock that u have in ur standard door handles will get in the way of the new dorr handles, so u have to take the lock out of the backin plate, to do this u need to drill a rivit out then they come out easy. just have t ohave remote central locking

i bought a lockless passenger side vectra CC handle, a driver side CC vectra handle, had a deadlock made for my key, backing plates and painted for £45.
then i chipped the bloody paint on both in the same place installing them and had to touch up pen them, they still look good though, you cant notice the touch up when they are on the car.
I dont really like the look of the rear handles though, thats why i went for a lockless front passenger handle, the litle smoothed lock area looks really good i think
The haynes max power corsa manual shows you how to do it with pics and everything, good book
