ask for a copy of your contract to see if it says anything about it in there, if there is something in there then you have to go by that as you have sighned it.

been here for 4years, and not had a written contract, have just found a website anyway, is looking like i will get some money but nothing amazing

sounds like my old job, they eventually went into recievership
if your boss is a complete gimp, you may not get the amount you need, if he aint, expect probably about 2weeks in leiu + remaing holiday pay
