Nice choice Si
I used to be well into my biking about 4 years ago, gave up in the end though and never really got started again
Spent a fortune on crap though...
XTR components, Rock Shox SID XC forks, Hope discs, etc...

You obviously bang into your bikes then mate, do you race? One of my mates was a good down hill racer but was more into his time trials/road races, was one of the top amatures in the country.

i work in a bike shop, so i could help you..
I would suggest Gary Fisher's new 2004 range, you get LAODS for you money this year...
BUT if you are more downhiller styler.
I would suggest Custom build yourself 1
You will have Exactly what YOU want to ride as fast and hard as you can..
I custom build bikes my self and have about 7 Duel slaloms BRAND new waiting for sale in my garage...
Ummm i would Also build anyone on here a bike to there specific spec if they want..
Regards
Chris
