Lexmaul Ram Induction = v.easy. 2-3 hours for someone with common sense or about 1-2 hours for a garage to do, if that.
Remove old inlet manifold as per Haynes manual, refit new.

hardest bit wit hfitting the lexmaul is the rubber tube that goes from the inlet to the throttle body. the manzel one will be harder as you havr to move the throttle body, will take longer!

I watched the plenum get fitted twice.
I took it off 2 weeks ago and am still in the process of putting the standard one back on!
Got to put lower and upper parts of manifold and ecu + loom back in!
Only bout another 3hours of work for me left to do.
Id say the lexmaul one would take 2-3 hours as brooster said, the velos / mantzel ones will take double that but you do get more power.
If ur doing it yourself ul need E8 and E10 star sockets from halfords (or other parts place).
Its a git to get round the plastic pipe going to the air filter, if possible id leave it in the engine bay as it takes ages to get in/out!
If you can afford it, pay someone else to do it!
Velos charge £160 extra i think for fitting
