i dunno if iv'e bought the right one, but if i run voltage through it one way it opens (i.e pushes up) if i run the voltage through it the other way, it closes (i.e goes down)....
i want it to open the boot and the only way i can see of makin this work is to run four runs from the battery to a switch... am i doing this wrong, or just monged? Help Me....

mine is set to PULL
it pulls, the releases after a second, enough time to lift the boot lid

can you not just get a switch which reverses the polarity?
