If those arches are properly modded, it might make a nice track weapon. I wouldn't spent too much minting it up! Max Power had a similar looking thing in 95-96ish, driven by the then-editor, Jim Blackstock (who incidently now works for Mitsubishi Ralliart Europe - read this)
I can't find any pictures of this car on the web though!
What about transplating Carlton GSi running gear in to it or something
