I usally just drink Lucozade then pints of water. Give it 30-60mins after then hit the protein in some form or other

Most magazines dumb everything down and talk sh1te IMO. But there are a few good ones around. The best (tho not really a mag) is Peak Performance (for which I also write from time to time :lol. Tells you the science and no advertisers to muddy the waters
